In the interest of being fair to everyone, we are listing our policies for sales and adoption. Our horses are adopted/sold on a first come, first serve basis to qualified homes. We cannot hold horses for showings and horses are available until paid in full.
Vettings: We recommend and welcome onsite pre-purchase exams (PPE). We do not allow trials or off-site vettings. Buyers are welcome to set up a PPE on their schedule but horses are available for purchase in the interim. If you wish to have us hold a horse until the vetting, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit (that will be applied to the purchase price if the horse is purchased). Deposits hold horses for 7 days. We are happy to recommend local vets that travel to the farm. You do not have to be present for vettings. We allow 24 hours after a PPE to make a decision regarding purchase. We will hold the horse for that 24 hours.
Pick-Up: We require pick-up within 7 days of purchase or adoption. After 7 days, we require a $25 per day boarding fee
